Ahmed Al-Rayes serves as Chairman of BAGS Capital, he is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across financial institutions, private equity, and corporate strategy, having held key leadership positions including Acting CEO at Ibdar bank and Vice President of Private Equity at PineBridge Investment Middle East.

Ahmed has a proven track record in strategy formulation and capital raising, including leading efforts to secure USD 1 billion from international banks. His expertise extends to emerging financial technologies, actively working with GCC clients on asset tokenization and cryptocurrencies. In addition to his role at BAGS Capital, he is the founder and Managing Director of Zeyadah Consultancy and serves as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Bahrain Stock Exchange.
