All complaints raised by customers are resolved in effective and timely manner, leading to customer satisfaction. BAGS Capital has established the following procedures in place for dealing with customer complaints:
1. Send your complaint through an email or write an official letter to the complaints

2. The Company shall investigate the complaint, acknowledge the receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and provide a written response within 4 weeks.
3. If the customer is still not satisfied with the outcome, the matter will be escalated to the CEO and Chairman of the Company as appropriate.
4. If the response is unsatisfactory in your opinion, please submit a complaint along with the Company’s written response through the CBB Website (consumer protection) https://www.cbb.gov.bh/complaint-form/ or the National application (Tawasul) or by hand to the Central Bank of Bahrain building or by Email: complaint@cbb.gov.bh Contact Consumer Protection Office Tel No. 17547789
